Find Happiness Everyday With This Method

It's super important to find happiness in the everyday things we do.  In medical lingo, QHS means at bedtime. Here's how I used Happiness QHS in medical school.

First, find a friend, or group of friends to do this with. You have to hold each other accountable!

At the end to each day, send an email to your friend or group.  You can also text.  In the message, talk about at least one thing that made you happy that day!

Doing this forces you to look for happiness in each day, no matter how bad your day was. 

You're also forced to focus on the little things that bring you happiness and really appreciate them!

Examples of what we would send each other: I love my hot tea/coffee in the mornings! Love my minty toothpaste! My outfit made me happy today. Love my comfy bed!
